I strongly recommend Special Delivery for livestock orders and offer a live arrival guarantee using this method. A cheaper tracked method is 1st Class Recorded but this is not a guaranteed service, both require a signature so please ensure someone will be in to accept the packet. Livestock can also be sent by 1st Class at your OWN RISK, due to potentially longer transit times I will not replace any deaths that occur using this method.

I post to other European outside the UK via Air Mail except during the winter months when it is too cold to post safely. I have sent snails and other invertebrates successfully to Europe many times but due to the extra time in transit I cannot replace any which arrive dead so this method is at YOUR OWN RISK.

Please understand that I am unable to post to countries outside of Europe due to long transit times and custom controls.

Orders are posted Monday to Thursday to avoid parcels being delayed over the weekend, if you would like your order to arrive on a specific day please leave a note when placing the order and I will do my best to arrange this.

Collection of your order may be arranged from my base near Portsmouth, Hampshire or at selected reptile and invertebrate shows, please contact me if you are interested.
